Venod Sharma is a Haryana politician and a mass leader of Brahmin community and holds a lot respect in Haryana and Punjab. After completing graduation his gratuation start working for the welfare of all sections of society.  His interest towards public service took me to the arena of politics.  Currently Venod Sharma is the president of Janchetna Party in Haryana. In the year 1995 Venod Sharma was inducted as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution in the government of P.V. Narasimha Rao. Venod Sharma started his political career in the year 1978, when he was appointed as the General Secretary of Indian Youth Congress. He was elected as an MLA in 1980 from Banur, Punjab. He later served Ambala City as an MLA for two terms, 2005 – 2009 & 2009 – 2014. He always listen to the people’s voice. He tried to work for the overall growth and development of Haryana. He always stand with people and listen to social cause will highlight Haryana on India’s map.
